Configuring Call Dispositions

Call disposition codes and their categories can be renamed or hidden from future use to allow the BDC Manager to customize the terminology and usage for each dealership.

To configure the disposition codes and categories for each dealership, use the “Config” option:

Start by selecting the Dispositions option under Settings.

 

 

 

Click at the bottom of the page to save any changes.

Note: If multi-dealer support is enabled at your BDC, the Config page can be used to work with the disposition codes from the currently selected dealer from your multi-dealer group. Refer to Multi-dealer support for more information.

 

Label changes are immediately reflected on all Customer Connect pages and reports.

Note: If a disposition code is hidden, it still appears in reports where it applies to historical data.
